Ebaco has a specialized division catering to Building materials and other sundry products. Ebaco has been in the building materials business since 2003 as many of its ceramic tile customers also engage in building materials business.
The building materials field is a large field, such that our focus has been on acting as a procurement agent for our customers in finding those products in the Far East that they are looking for. We primarily purchase in China and export to the Middle East and Africa.

Ebaco undertakes the following value added services for its customers:
Design/development:
Our in house designer can help work with customers to come up with new design ideas or modify existing ones
Sourcing and factory evaluation:
Our sourcing experts will evaluate factories for the customers and advice customers on whom factories have the right product at the right quality and the right price.
Lead time management services:
Ebaco will check the production at several stages of the production process and will evaluate the factory accurately to make sure the factory will meet the lead time required.
Price negotiations:
With multiple offices all over the world and trained executives, Ebaco can provide the customers with a very competitive price.
Quality control:
Our team will check the quality of each container going out for a customer. We have our own QC checklists to ensure that we reduce the incident of quality problems.
Customer service:
Our sales and sourcing personnel are always ready to address any queries from the customer, promptly and satisfactorily.
Financing:
We can provide our customers with LC financing facilities.
